Tachacho con cecina The tacacho is one of the most famous dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, it is from the Peruvian jungle and eat it is almost a tradition, this amazing plate is compound only by plantain cooked or grilled on a grill, this is not really important, because this is going to finish crushed to be accompanied by a piece of cecina, an egg or whatever, as this plate can combinate with everything you imagine.
